Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Hybrid Capital Group LLC (“Hybrid,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Hybrid platform. It applies to referral partners, brokerage administrators, borrowers, and visitors to our website.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Account information — name, email address, phone number, company, and password (stored in hashed form only).
  • Deal information — property details, loan amounts, deal notes, and documents uploaded to support a loan application.
  • Borrower information — contact and business details submitted by a referral partner with the borrower’s authorization, so the brokerage can process the loan opportunity.

Information from other sources

  • Business and property data — the Platform’s research tools compile information about businesses and commercial properties (such as business listings, property ownership, assessed values, and business contact details) from public sources and licensed commercial data providers. This is business-to-business data used to identify prospective commercial borrowers.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage and log data — sign-in timestamps, IP addresses, and actions taken in the product, used for security and troubleshooting.
  • Authentication cookies — session tokens that keep you signed in. We do not use advertising trackers or sell data to ad networks.

2. How we use information

  • Operate the Platform: accounts, deal submission, pipeline tracking, commission tracking, and document storage.
  • Route information to the right people: a deal is visible to the submitting partner, their brokerage’s administrators, and the borrower it concerns.
  • Send transactional notifications — for example deal status updates, account activation, and invitations — by email.
  • Score and prioritize prospective commercial borrowers for brokerage users (see our AI Transparency Policy).
  • Maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. How information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We share information only:

  • Within your brokerage — deal and account information is visible to your brokerage’s authorized users according to their roles. Each brokerage’s data is isolated from every other brokerage.
  • With lenders — deal information is shared with prospective lenders at the direction of the brokerage processing the deal.
  • With service providers that host and operate the Platform on our behalf: cloud database, authentication, and file storage (Supabase), application hosting (Vercel), transactional email (Resend), internal team notifications (Slack), and commercial data providers used for property and business research. Providers are bound to use the data only to provide their service.
  • For legal reasons — when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of users or the public.
  • In a business transfer — as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

4. Data retention

Account and deal records are retained while the account or its brokerage relationship is active and for as long as needed for legitimate business and legal purposes. Deleted records are soft-deleted first (hidden from the product) before permanent removal; deal documents are deleted permanently when removed. Deal stage history is retained as an audit trail.

5. Security

  • Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
  • Access is enforced at the database layer with row-level security: every query is scoped to the requesting user’s role and brokerage, so cross-tenant access is blocked at the source.
  • Passwords are hashed; administrative credentials follow least-privilege practices.

No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.

6. Your choices and rights

  • You can view and update your profile information in the product.
  • Borrowers can contact the brokerage handling their application, or us directly, to access or correct their information.
  • Business owners whose contact details were compiled by our research tools may contact us at support@hybridcre.com to have their details corrected or removed from prospecting.
  • Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights (such as access, deletion, or correction) under state privacy laws. Requests can be sent to support@hybridcre.com; we will verify and respond as required by the applicable law.

7. Children

The Platform is a business tool and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Platform evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or an in-product notice, and the “Last updated” date above will change.
