AI Transparency & Use Policy
Last updated: July 20, 2026
This policy describes where the Hybrid platform, operated by Hybrid Capital Group LLC, uses artificial intelligence and automation — and, just as importantly, where it does not. Our position is simple: automation helps our users find and prioritize opportunities; people make the decisions.
1. Where the Platform uses automation
Prospect research and enrichment
The Platform’s research tools automatically compile information about businesses and commercial properties from public sources and licensed data providers — business listings, property ownership records, assessed values, and business contact details — and de-duplicate and cross-reference them (for example, matching a business address to a property record to estimate whether a business owns its premises).
Lead scoring
Compiled prospects are scored against loan-product criteria configured by the brokerage (such as property value ranges and eligible property types) and given a High / Medium / Low rating. The score is a weighted calculation over the collected data, and the factors behind each score are shown in the product so users can see why a prospect was rated as it was.
Support features
Future product features may include an AI-powered support assistant to answer questions about using the Platform. If introduced, it will be clearly identified as automated, and its conversations may be reviewed to improve answer quality.
2. What automation is never used for
- No credit or lending decisions. The Platform does not approve, deny, underwrite, or price loans, and no automated score is used to make a credit decision about any person or business. Lending decisions rest entirely with human professionals and third-party lenders.
- No automated decisions with legal effect on individuals. Scores rank business prospects for outreach; they do not grant or deny anyone access to a service.
- No consumer profiling for advertising. Collected data is used to research commercial borrowing opportunities, not to build advertising profiles.
3. Data used by automation
Automated features operate on business-to-business data: business names, addresses, websites, business contact details, and commercial property records. See our Privacy Policy for how this data is collected, shared, and how business owners can request correction or removal.
4. Human oversight and accuracy
- Every automated output — a score, a match, an enriched contact — is presented to a human user who decides what, if anything, to do with it.
- Automated outputs are estimates. Source data can be incomplete or out of date, and users are expected to verify material facts before relying on them.
- Scoring criteria are reviewed and tuned with the brokerages that use them.
